Humanity Within Foundation creates access to opportunity for children and families through education, restorative support and community-based programs.

In 2026, Humanity Within Foundation is centered on launching and sustaining Restore Within, our restorative justice–based program designed to support youth and families through accountability, healing and growth. Alongside this work, we will continue select community initiatives that reflect our commitment to dignity, access and restoration.

Humanity Within Foundation is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to opportunity for children and families who may not have it afforded to them. We believe that when individuals are supported with care, consistency and resources, they are empowered to grow, thrive and lead. Founded in 2021, our work is rooted in education, family engagement and restorative approaches that prioritize dignity, accountability and connection.

Our Impact
Humanity Within Foundation delivers community-centered programming that addresses critical needs for children and families. Through seasonal drives, the organization serves more than 100 children annually while facilitating family workshops and restorative community initiatives across Washington, DC. Supported by growing partnerships with schools, volunteers, and local organizations, Humanity Within continues to expand its reach, serving children and families in Washington, DC and Alexandria, Virginia.
